The World Congress on Endoscopic Ear Surgery 3.0 is an excellent educational and networking opportunity for trainees of all levels. We encourage everyone, including medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty members to attend to take advantage of Congress offerings. There will be specific sessions that will be highly relevant to trainees and those just starting their practice:

  • Pre-Congress Workshop
  • Panels on EES during training
  • Incorporating EES into your practice
  • Video abstract presentations
  • Awards: Best presentation, poster, and video
  • 2019 Tomoo Watanabe Best Trainee Presentation Award
  • 1:1 Mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Social events geared towards young surgeons

We highly encourage abstract submission and to register for the social functions, including the World Congress Gala.
