Dr. David Jung received his medical degree and PhD in genetics from Harvard Medical School. During that time, he was recognized with a Harvard University certificate of distinction in teaching. He went on to complete his residency training in otolaryngology—head and neck surgery in the Harvard Otolaryngology Residency Program and additional fellowship training in otology, neurotology, and skull base surgery at Mass. Eye and Ear and Mass General. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Jung’s current research focuses on the development of novel methods for cochlear drug delivery and understanding mechanisms of noise- and age-related hearing loss.
